The Ahn Yujin apartment issue remains unconfirmed at the personal level, but the reported complex details, price gap, and payment conditions have drawn public scrutiny.

The first report, published by Maeil Business Newspaper on July 10, 2026, said Ahn was understood to have been selected in the general-sale lottery for The H Bangbae, a reconstruction complex in Bangbae 5 District, and noted that whether she would personally live there had not been confirmed. The report said around 215 homes were available through the lottery allocation and raised the possibility of about 1.8 billion won in market-gain potential if the unit was an exclusive 84㎡ type, based on a comparison between the August 2024 sale price and an April 2026 transaction price. ¹

Ahn’s agency, Starship Entertainment, did not confirm the reported lottery win. In an official response carried by Sports Today through Daum News on July 10, 2026, the agency said, “We ask for your understanding that it is difficult to confirm this matter because it is a personal issue.” ²

That response has become a key part of the current status: multiple reports have discussed the claim, but the reported winner status, the exact unit type, and any residence plan have not been officially verified.
