RIIZE Music Bank Win Marks Second Trophy for “Do your dance”

RIIZE secured its second music-show trophy for “Do your dance” through KBS 2TV’s “Music Bank,” which announced the weekly K-Chart winner for the June 15-21 chart period on June 26. The RIIZE Music Bank Win came without a new broadcast episode that day, but the program still released the result through its official website.¹

RIIZE Music Bank Win Confirmed Through K-Chart

KBS 2TV’s “Music Bank” did not air a new episode on June 26, but the K-Chart announcement still established RIIZE as the week’s winner.¹ The result was based on the June 15-21 chart period, which covered the first week after the release of the group’s second mini album “II” and its title track “Do your dance.”

The top three ranking showed a wide points gap between first and second place. RIIZE’s “Do your dance” led with 15,059 points, while BOYNEXTDOOR’s “VIRAL” ranked second with 6,028 points. CORTIS’s “REDRED” placed third with 3,410 points.¹

The “Music Bank” result was RIIZE’s second music-show win for the track. Two days earlier, “Do your dance” won on the June 24 episode of MBC M’s “Show Champion,” where it was nominated alongside aespa’s “LEMONADE,” izna’s “METRONOME,” EPEX’s “ECHO,” and ONF’s “Open The Door.”²

“Do your dance” is the title track of RIIZE’s second mini album “II,” which was released at 6 p.m. KST on June 15. SM Entertainment said the mini album includes six tracks, with “Do your dance” positioned as the lead song.³

Second Win Follows Strong First-Week Album Sales

The timing of the “Music Bank” result connected the song’s broadcast-chart performance with the first week of activity for “II.” Hanteo Chart announced on June 18 that the mini album had surpassed 1 million sales less than four days after release.⁶

That sales milestone made “II” RIIZE’s fourth album to sell more than 1 million copies in its first week. The previous RIIZE releases listed with that achievement were “Get A Guitar,” “RIIZING,” and “ODYSSEY.”⁶

The first two trophies for “Do your dance” therefore came during the same promotional cycle as the album’s early commercial milestones. The “Show Champion” win on June 24 marked the title track’s first music-show trophy, while the “Music Bank” K-Chart announcement on June 26 confirmed the second.¹²

RIIZE’s latest confirmed result is a second win for “Do your dance,” led by a 15,059-point finish on “Music Bank” for the June 15-21 K-Chart period. With the track now backed by wins on both “Show Champion” and “Music Bank,” the group’s “II” promotion has added music-show recognition to its first-week sales and chart results.
