CORTIS TNT Performance Film Set for May 5 as GREENGREEN Rollout Continues

CORTIS is turning attention to the choreography of “TNT” with a conceptual performance film scheduled for release on May 5, 2026, at 9 p.m. The CORTIS TNT performance film follows the May 4 release of the group’s second mini album, “GREENGREEN,” and the official “TNT” music video.¹²

The update is part of a closely sequenced comeback campaign that has included a Seoul release party, multiple music video dates, and early sales figures. “GREENGREEN” sold 1,196,961 copies on its first day of release, based on Hanteo Chart figures reported by STARNEWS.³

CORTIS TNT Performance Film Schedule

The “TNT” conceptual performance film has been described as a choreography-focused video that lets viewers see the song’s dance in detail. StarNews reported the May 5, 9 p.m. release time in coverage of the “GREENGREEN Release Party,” and STARNEWS also included the same schedule in its English-language report on the album’s first-day sales.¹³

The performance film follows an earlier promotion calendar for “GREENGREEN.” Sports Kyunghyang reported that CORTIS released the calendar through official social media on April 14, listing the April 20 pre-release of “REDRED,” the May 4 release of the “TNT” music video, and the May 11 release of the “ACAI” music video. The report also said conceptual performance films highlighting choreography for the three songs would be released in sequence.⁴

At the May 4 “GREENGREEN Release Party,” held at S-Factory D in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, CORTIS performed all six tracks from the mini album over roughly 80 minutes. The event was livestreamed through Weverse and the official HYBE Labels YouTube channel, with fans from 200 countries and regions participating in real time.¹

The group also addressed the physical demands of the “TNT” choreography during the event. In one quoted remark, CORTIS said the choreography was so dynamic that “our whole bodies hurt when we first matched it together.” The group also told fans, “At least in this moment, we hope you enjoy freedom with your whole body.”¹

TNT Music Video And GREENGREEN Rollout

Before the performance film, CORTIS released all tracks from “GREENGREEN” and the “TNT” music video at 6 p.m. on May 4. OSEN reported that the five members took a leading role in planning and directing the music video and were credited as co-directors.²

The “TNT” music video begins with a situation in an alley and expands into a crowd chase scene involving about 500 supporting performers.² Billboard JAPAN also reported the release of the “TNT” music video and described the track as combining an addictive melody with a rough sound.⁵

The “TNT” video arrived between two other scheduled music video releases in the “GREENGREEN” campaign. The promotion calendar listed “REDRED” for April 20, “TNT” for May 4, and “ACAI” for May 11.⁴ Within that schedule, the “TNT” performance film adds a separate choreography-centered item after the music video release.

The album’s commercial activity began before release. Electronic Times, citing YG Plus and Universal Records, reported that preorders for “GREENGREEN” reached 2,397,188 copies as of April 30, 2026. The same report said preorders passed about 1.22 million copies seven days after reservations began and about 2.02 million copies after 18 days, with additional orders following the April 20 release of “REDRED.”⁶

After release, “GREENGREEN” recorded 1,196,961 first-day sales on May 4, according to Hanteo Chart figures reported by STARNEWS. The report said the album became a million seller on its release day and entered the iTunes “Top Albums” chart in 23 countries and regions, including the United States, Japan, and Germany, as of 8 a.m. on May 5.³
